| A large non-mobile Bedrock Monolith in the shape of a Sphinx that had deactivated centuries ago at this very spot is where the Sphiṅksa Pailēsa is located mere feet below. Limestone steps and cobblestone inclined planes at the base of the Sphiṅksa Pailēsa lead down 30 feet gradually down so that the entire village may be able to enter the Sphiṅksa Pailēsa with carts and animals alike. Broad bronze bar gates that reach up to the 20ft tall small tunnel block or open those to another set of gates but made of drywood before giving way to the Great Hall.
The Great Hall is a work of art with it's limestone floors and carved sandstone walls and quartz columns. The Hall is large enough to house the entire village if need be, and functions as such during times of crisis. To the north lies a doorway to the Throne and Celestial Baths, to the East lies the Tribal Dinner Hall, and to the West is the Great Baths.

| Balthus continued to decend into the great halls. his smile returned to him when he saw that, while the furnishings had changed somewhat in the time since he last walked these halls, the overall structure remained intact. He remembered fondly the time he spend melting these halls and reshaping them with his Dragonfire. No other flame, magical or otherwise could reshape these caverns.
Hard baked sandstone, lime, marble and quartz. He wished he could have stayed here, instead of going off to fight the colonists back then, but Runa needed him, not just the Desert Nekomimi here.
Balthus shook off those old memories, and proceeded towards the throne chamber.

| Balthus would be able to see the multiple holes in the floor too that seemed purposefully placed there in random spots. They weren't very big and they wouldn't be something someone could easily trip over. If it didn't sink in there, these holes were used to pitch tents or support columns if the village had to be moved within the Palace itself. This Hall was just one of many.
Continuing towards the throne room, scantily clad Nekomimi greeted Balthus with a smile, silently nodding to him and opening the large stone doors in the direction of the Celestial Baths and Throne room. A preview of the room was presented to Balthus, and it seemed as if the very room was basked in the Full Moon's pale blue light. The baths reflecting waves shimmering off the walls floors and ceiling, the room before him was pleasantly warm and wasn't humid at all.
"You may enter when you feel free to." came one of the servant's kind and gentle words. "The Chieftain has been expecting you." she said before backing away.

Balthus nodded his head in appreciation, before accepting the invitation as he stepped through the doors. "I must look the sight to these people, having just flown through the grass badlands and Koorc desert, after generating dust storms to cover my tribes tracks..." Balthus thought, as he looked at the pearly cleanness of the baths and throne chambers. He barely remembered having helped fashion these reflecting pools, or tunnelling and digging into the fresh water springs far beneath. having the ability to transform into a dragon capable of doing these tings that mortals could not do for themselves back then had a certain advantage. But he didn't do it for gratitude or worship. He did it because it was the right thing to do. it was as true now as it was back then. Balthus moved through the doors.
